Rules for drivers
Article 1: Driver registration
1.1 Anyone with valid identification, a driving licence and fleet operating permission may register. Required documents include a driver smart card, vehicle smart card, technical inspection certificate and valid insurance.
1.2 Drivers must keep their information accurate and current. Incomplete or inconsistent information may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access.
1.3 Registration constitutes acceptance of the transportation rules and a commitment to comply with them.
Article 2: Transportation rules
2.1 Carrying prohibited goods, including narcotics, weapons, explosives and alcoholic beverages, is forbidden. Drivers are responsible for violations.
2.2 Drivers must observe road safety requirements and ensure their vehicle carries safety equipment, including a fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.
2.3 The waybill and relevant cargo documents must accompany the shipment throughout the journey.
Article 3: Charges and payments
3.1 The freight charge must be agreed before departure. Drivers may not request additional charges outside the agreement.
3.2 Cancelling a shipment without prior notice or a valid reason may lead to restricted or blocked access.
Article 4: Driver obligations
4.1 Drivers must treat senders and recipients respectfully and professionally.
Rules for transportation companies
Article 6: Company registration
6.1 Transportation companies licensed by the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization may register with valid documents. Membership follows verification.
6.2 Companies must provide complete and accurate trading names, registration numbers, economic codes and contact information.
6.3 Changes to legal structure or registered information must be updated promptly.
Article 7: Transportation company obligations
7.1 Companies may submit only transportation offers that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 Companies must train their contracted drivers in proper platform use and compliance with transportation rules.
7.3 Companies must cooperate with the platform to resolve disputes between drivers and cargo owners.
Article 8: Violations
8.1 If a party breaches this agreement, the platform may apply proportionate restrictions or penalties, including account suspension, deductions or termination of access.
Article 9: Payment rules
9.1 Transportation companies must pay drivers according to the agreed terms and schedule.
9.2 Late freight payments may result in restrictions on the transportation company’s account.
9.3 All payments must use the payment gateways designated by the platform.
Rules for cargo owners (customers)
Article 10: Customer registration
10.1 Any person or legal entity intending to ship goods through the platform may register by providing complete information, including name, telephone number and cargo details.
10.2 Cargo owners must provide accurate and current information. False information may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.
Article 11: Cargo owner obligations
11.1 Cargo owners may submit only goods whose transportation is permitted under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
11.2 Cargo owners are responsible for compensation when false information about cargo type, volume or value causes problems or loss.
11.3 Cargo must be handed to the driver on schedule and in sound, suitable condition.
Article 12: Payment rules
12.1 Freight payments must follow the original agreement and use the methods designated by the platform.
12.2 Late payments may restrict access to platform services.
12.3 Delivery confirmation must be recorded online through the Ara Logistic platform.
Article 13: Membership termination
13.1 Repeated violations by drivers, transportation companies or cargo owners may lead to temporary or permanent loss of access. The affected party will be informed of the reasons.
Article 14: Confidentiality
14.1 Cargo owners must use driver and transportation company contact details only for the transportation process and must not misuse them.
14.2 The platform stores user information confidentially and uses it only to improve services.
Article 15: Reporting violations and resolving disputes
15.1 Users may report suspected violations through platform support.
15.2 Disputes are resolved through negotiation, arbitration or the courts, in accordance with applicable laws.
Other general rules
The Ara Logistic platform acts as a communication facilitator and seeks to provide a safe, transparent environment. Violations result in account suspension. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and subsequently under the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
